beandelphikiSo it appears all my friends who applied to Mount Royal besides me have gotten in, although we don't know about Pat for sure yet. Nick is in, Fae's in, and I'm in. (As I've mentioned.)
But Fae won't be going. Because she doesn't have the money to pay the first fee ($100.) I offered to lend it to her, but she refused, and I told our guidance counselor, and she wanted Fae to come down to see her, but Fae wouldn't because she said, "There's no point." It makes me soooo mad. Her mom has kicked her out, and refuses to pay the money...I don't understand Fae's mom at all.
Basically, (according to Fae) she's mad Fae came home too late one night, but she's going to punish that by hampering her daughter's education???? WTF?
In other news, it appears that two of my lj friends are having difficulties. I might be my usual INCREDIBLY nosy self, but I haven't and I won't. It's their business....I might say that I am maturing in this matter, but of course I've mentioned it, and they will probably now be able to figure out that I'm talking about them. Which is much just like asking what's going on, BUT I'M NOT, REALLY. I'm just commenting on my own personal progress in my journal, on avoiding nosiness.
Sigh, what a day.

Date: 2002-05-10 11:16 pm (UTC)I just posted in this girl's journal about how much straight-bashing annoys me (she had an entry about reverse intolerance) and I got told by this girl who doesn't know me that I don't know what it feels like to be gay...sigh.
It's not really that big a deal at all, and it doesn't bother me as long as I can clear things up, but in the meantime I'm sitting on my hands while someone else holds the opinion I'm a moron, and THAT bothers me.
