Just one question regarding "The Stolen Earth," because I really need to catch an hour's sleep or so before work:

How on EARTH is RTD going to write his way out of this one?!

Ten is going to fuck up his regeneration (and no surprise there; I mean, did any of us actually trust him to get something important right for a change?) and then they're gonna revive/regenerate/re-whatever him using his genetic code stored in his creepy hand.

The hand. Having it around frequently comes in very handy. (Sorry. I had to make that pun. I will leave now.)

Forgive me for replying to this here but I've found myself recently banned from the Doctor Who community.

My point was that some characters on DW were designed from the start to be screaming harridans and thus misogynistic comments about them are pretty much truth and should not be considered bashing.

If the design of a character was misogynistic, pointing it out is one thing...going along with it and reinforcing that misogyny further is another.

Personally, I feel obligated as a viewer to question what I'm seeing. And I don't think it's ever okay to describe women in sexist, hateful ways; being a member of a fandom where the canon does this is not an excuse.

Calling a screaming harridan a screaming harridan is pointing it out...whether or not it reinforces it is a matter of opinion.

supposedly Tennet is still going to be playing the doctor in the last episode, so maybe that will help :D

Oh, I'm not worried about that. They could NEVER have kept it from leaking if we were really switching to Eleven.

I'm just wondering how RTD is going to pull off having Ten NOT regenerate, given that the process has already started.

Although the "reset" button theory (given that the planets are 1 second out of time) is maybe plausible.
