I've come to the conclusion I spend WAY too much time on the 'puter. Why? Well, last night as I was eating dinner, I was suddenly struck by the urge to check email, so I dropped my fork and ran for the keyboard.
And even as I did it, I thought - what the fuck?
So I have resolved to stop spending so much time online. I KNOW that I have an obsessive-complusive personality, and it is not going to be fun to wean myself away from the computer while battling anxiety attacks because I HAVE to check my email, yes I HAVE to... Nevertheless, I'm going to do it.
Yes, I am. When I get off the computer this time.
Yes. Yes I am.
....must....check............email...

and if you have trillian watching it it tells you the subject and who the message is from, i often just let my email pile up until something relevant comes in
