I told my mom that I feel very tired all the time now, and that I just want to sleep. I think I mentioned that a lot of the stuff I used to do online, I just don't have the energy for anymore.

She said she wants to take me to the doctor. I don't see why. What am I supposed to tell her? "I'm tired." Yeah, and what can she do to help? Tell me to sleep more?

As may be expected with long delays between posts and comments, my friends list is rapidly disappearing. I think it's really funny. No, I do. I mean, I guess I'm assuming they took me off because I never post anymore. I find that funny because I have several people on my friends list who never post, and I haven't taken them off, because why bother? They don't take up room on my friends list anyway.

I guess I never understood the point of that one at all.

Going back to sleep.

P.S. Did I mention that my primary email isn't working AGAIN? Yeah, I can't open messages, don't send me anything at dsewesolo...just use my hotmail. Thankya.

P.P.S. And I'm being silly. There's probably a lot of things that could potentially be wrong, especially when this has been a problem for a while. I should definitely see a doctor.

It could be your thyroid. I have thyroid problems and before I got on the medication, I was often feeling tired and without any motivation.

Or it could be winter too and damn lack of light :)

Anyway, *hugs*

Thank you. :) I'll bring that up.

It's possible it's just winter, though, yeah.

i've been tired alot lately too.
holiday stress and being asthmay and icky all the time lately.

maybe you are unhappy, or your body is just telling you to take it easy.

I wouldn't worry unless it just keeps on keepin on.
go to a doctor then knuckle head.

oh oh! your video. I have a question.

ok here goes.
I got a new dvd player.
and glory of glories I can tape off the dvd player on to vhs with no problems.

I have the hard back queer as folk book, I wasn't sure if you had it or not. It comes with a dvd with a short behind the scenes thing. and peter narrates it.

if you want me too I can stick it on the tape.
also, I have that movie bang bang your dead with randy harrison on vhs and the movie soldiers girl on vhs which is just frickin awesome but has no qaf cast members but its still a really good movie.

I was gonna put all of them on your tape, but if you have seen them or don't want them, let me know :)

I haven't seen any of them, and so whatever you want to throw on is cool with me. :)

Christmas is such a lazy season. I need to study like mad for my finals, but am I doing it? Noooo.

You could probably guess what I'd think... but then, I work in the field.

It could definitely be medical, rather than psychological.

It reminds me of a time when a nurse where I work was painstakingly explaining a patient's psychological profile to the medical doctor, because the patient was complaining of a number of ailments. The doctor stopped them short, saying, "Hey... hey. You know, crazy people get sick, too."

Not that I'm saying your crazy, you understand... it's just that some people (like me, maybe) are too quick to think "depression" when they hear of low energy, changes in sleep patterns and loss of interest in things that a person used to enjoy.

It's just as likely that it's medical and very treatable, though... was my point.

I think.

I don't know, really... I'm just very tired.
(can we chat this weekend sometime? I'm off of work so it won't have to be late)

"Hey... hey. You know, crazy people get sick, too."

That just cracks me up.

I remember reading about this study where they sent "normal" people into mental hospitals faking some problem, and then made notes about how many perfectly ordinary things the "normal" people did that the staff thought was a sign of mental illness. Quite a lot.

I can't remember where I heard about that. Shit, you might have even been the one to tell me about that, I can't remember.

I've always wanted to do that.

I don't think it was me who told you that, but I've heard of a similar experiment. The kids were from Stanford, and they told the psychiatrists that they heard a voice that said, "Dull. Empty. Thud."

That was it.

Then when they got into the hospital they completely stopped saying that and denied hearing any voices.

It took the dean of the psychology department of Stanford University to come down to the hospital and verify that the kids were in on an experiment to get them out. :P

I agree, why remove someone because they don't post very often? It's not like they're cluttering your friends page or anything. In fact, I usually remove the people who post too often about ridiculous tripe. They annoy me.

My brother had mono a few years ago, and he became extremely tired during that time period. Do you think you might have some sort of illness, or maybe you're just stressed? Feel better! *hugs*

Thank you! I think possibly I'm anemic, but it could just be the time of year. *hugs back*
