David, part 3(?)

I meant to post this a long time ago, and never got around to it.

I was emailing David back and forth one day with our campus email...mostly about Frank.

It got started when I emailed him to apologize for being a bigger jerk than usual. We have this dynamic where we're very nasty to each other, but on the understanding that we're friends. So I can call him a faggot bitch, and even though I normally would never ever call someone that...it's David. And it's somehow okay. Mostly because he calls me something just as nasty right back.

So we have this dynamic, but I felt like I was...being so much nastier than usual. Because of what was going on...and it suddenly pissed me off when he poked me. Normally it just makes me laugh when he starts grabbing my ass or whatever, but then...it pissed me off. And it felt like I couldn't keep my mouth shut whenever there was an opportunity to say something mean.

(I still feel like that a bit right now, but I don't know what's behind it anymore... I want it to stop, though. It makes me feel ugly and bitter, and I DON'T like myself like this. I'm working on it.)

So I emailed him to apologize, and he emailed back:

So, okay, I heard it from the ONE source I would actually trust - since he'd have no reason to lie - and it's over, anyway. So...cool.

Well. Mostly over. Not like he wasn't bugging me today about finding someone "your OWN age!" Hint, hint. *eye roll*

But that's a whole 'nother post. I gotta go work on my drafting homework before call.
