Yay! My dad is coming to pick me and my sister up this afternoon, and we're going to see Harry Potter. So I get to see it a second time.

*looks at [livejournal.com profile] rainy_days*

No, I SWEAR there's no echo in here.

Anyway, I'm just a little nervous about how the whole thing's going to go, given that I haven't spoken to my dad in WEEKS. And last I checked, my sister was still saying that he's not her father anymore, blah blah. She's REALLY pissed about him walking out.

I'm not sure what to say about that. I mean, I mentally disowned Dad too, but that was back when he was still living with us, and making life miserable. Now that he's gone, it's honestly better, I think. (Except for the money issues.) I really couldn't be happier that he's not here anymore.

Ah, well.. I get an CoS showing out of this. *philosophical shrug*

Oh, and wonderful news I just wanted to quickly vent about - Monday is our ONLY day to go to the theatre and set up cues for our lighting projects, and I just set up a hair cut for Monday. And my group is full of lazy asses. Grrr. I'm going to call the guy in our group and ask him if he will be able to do it. I can dictate the cues to him over the phone. (Since I have the cues sheets. And everything else, because I've done ALL the practical work.)

Great, I started this entry in a good mood, and now I'm not. *fume*

I hope things went okay then!!

And that you didn't stare too long at a certain someone's pants, of course.

Muahaha.

My philosophy prof. saw Harry Potter last week. All the more reason that I love her! :P

I hope it goes real well. Having some sort of father there is usually preferable to having none. Maybe he'll find some way to heal his hurts, and become the man he was supposed to be. The one that takes care of his children.
*big huge hugs* to you and your sis.

Oh, and: I usually cut my own hair.
Of course, my hair usually looks like there's something wrong with it, but...
*shrugs*
:)
