I don't FUCKING believe it. My dad is at it AGAIN.

Well, obviously, he never stopped. But this time, instead of leaving porn in history, Dad has it a folder RIGHT OUT on the DESKTOP. (Under "work," incidentally.) Just open it, and it's a bunch of porn sites and downloaded pics.

My mom could have seen that. She might yet.

Since I've now copied the best pics to my own folder, I'm thinking I should delete it. That would teach him.

Oh, and he seems to have fucked up File Manager somehow so I can't save anything. Grr.

My dad is pretty good at Covering his tracks. I on the other hand am not, and Have been caught several times. *grumbles to self fucking people don't KNOCK!* lol. anyway yeah. I would find a way to password protect your comp or put a parental control on his ass LOL! sorry dude

My dad has shit like that all over the computer....and desktop. There are direct images on the desktops every-so-often until he changes them with another round O.o

Well, unless you paid for the computer yourself, you can't really complain.

And you shouldn't be invading his privacy by reading his personal folders either... I know you'd all probably be pissed if he read yours.

Yo, you don't GET it.

I was not looking at my dad's private shit ON PURPOPSE. He left an ambiguously titled folder, ("Stuff") on the DESKTOP. The ENTIRE family uses this computer. It is usually safe to assume that something left on the desktop is something anyone in the family can look at. And it didn't say "Mike" on it, so I didn't know he'd created the folder. I opened it thinking it was a bunch of random funny pictures or something.

Second, my mom would be VERY upset if she found it. That's why I'm mad. I don't care if I see it, it's my mom that I'm thinking of. I wouldn't judge him for looking at porn, especially when I like stuff that is even more perverted than what he had bookmarked.

Third, he didn't buy it. The family inherited money and that's how we paid for it. It belongs to the family, not just him, although he doesn't act like it sometimes.

And finally, he DOES snoop through my personal folders. I have NEVER personally snooped through his.

My Dad does it as well. He has the nerve to just click it down to the little bar when I come in the room instead of clicking out completely. Come now isn't it obvious what the sites say on them?! I'm pretty sure that he knows that ~I~ know, because I clean up whatever he misses. Like say, the pictures on the front of folders he forgets to delete. I don't know whether my mom knows, and I don't know how she'd react if she did. He does tend to leave stuff around, although he's getting much better.

To add to it: I KNOW that at least one of my brothers checks it out as well, most likely the other one as well; although I've never caught him in the act. I guess it's to be expected. My parents sex life is incredibly small (the bed squeaks) and my brothers are teenage boys. *sighs*

I'm not against it or for it- It's not my desicion. I've looked at my share, you could say. It's just that: what if one of my friends goes on the computer to open a file and finds that stuff?!
