Does anyone know how long it should take Tylenol 1's to KICK IN?!
2 Tylenol 1's + 1 Robaxcet = NOTHING BUT SUGAR PILLS, I SWEAR.
It's been more than an hour now. I would have expected something. Can I kill the manufacturers of this drug now? Clearly, the extra benefit of codeine is not something worth waiting for when pain treatment is time-dependent, i.e. treat me NOW or SUFFER.
PLZ TO BE MAKING BETTER DRUGS NOW, KTHANX.
Plus, I apparently have a mild fever with chills. Uh? You'd think 925mg of acetaminophen would take care of that.
Although I had to hit a conversion site to figure that out, since I don't know high temperatures in Celsius, but managed to switch the setting on my thermometer somehow. DO NOT WANT, dammit. Fucking metric. Who the hell actually measures body temperature in Celsius?!
And WHO measures their height in CENTIMETERS?
FREAKS.

Thanks for backing me up on the Evan issue. Who the hell joins house_wilson without knowing that Wilson's middle name is Evan? Doh...
And yeah, I usually don't do the creepy stalker thing, but I looked around your journal and liked it, and I was wondering whether you would mind me friending you :).

Date: 2007-05-23 09:44 am (UTC)Well, that's okay. Partially, I was just in a black mood, but partially that was my odd sense of humour. Occasionally,
I will also kiss you when you give me peanut butter, because peanut butter is God and they don't make the stuff over here.
I had to look at your profile, since you had me curious where "here" could be. Germany! Tag, and [insert any other appropriate German he doesn't know].
I can't quite imagine living somewhere where they don't have peanut butter. Not because I actually eat it that often, mind, but just because it's one of those things you take for granted. Why no peanut butter? And what other thing do you put in sandwiches to make them soggy and unappetizing? (Too many years of nothing but PB sandwiches for lunch...)
Hope you're feeling better by now. Which might just be the case, since this post is about a week old.
Yes, thank you! That particular sort of agony only comes about one or two days a month.

Clearly not people with our level of obsession.
I can quit anytime I want. But I've noticed a few disturbing anons recently, leaving critical comments around various House communities. It's starting to get on my nerves, and I have to wonder if it's worth having anon commenting turned on. Since creating an account just to comment is still free and all... *shrugs* House fandom may be reaching that critical mass where anon comments are going to become a real problem.

Not at all. I have to warn you, I'm all over the place with when I post and comment and such. Sorta appearing and then randomly disappearing for several days and maybe weeks. Depends on my offline schedule, which can be a pain.
But nice to meet you, too. :)

Date: 2007-05-23 06:16 pm (UTC)How very cool. Canadians are fun ^^. I've been to Canada once (Nova Scotia and Ontario), and I'm still telling everybody I meet about that visit, whether they want to hear it or not. And my little sister just came back from Canada, which is why I have a jar of Canadian peanut butter in my kitchen cupboard (it's already almost empty, though *sniff*).
And I can't really bear to live in a place that doesn't have peanut butter, either. Which is why I'm always bribing people to bring me some ^^. No idea why they don't have it over here - well, they do, but German peanut butter comes in small 250g jars that cost 4 Euros ( ~ 5,30 American dollars) a piece and are stored in the "foreign specialties" shelf in the supermarket. Which is, you know, wrong. Takes all the fun out of the peanut butter.
We don't have Kraft dinner, either. Or Oreos. No Dr. Pepper. And Tortillias are so very fucking expensive that you always feel guilty when you buy them. We're poor food-deprived people, we Germans *gg*.
And yeah, I've noticed the anon comments as well. Very annoying. I don't mind flames so much, because if people flame me, well, I flame right back at them, but anon flames are just... low, you know. I don't think I'm going to turn anon comments off just yet, though, because I do get positive/objective anon feedback as well. I might think about it if this continues, though.
And no problem about the comment thing ^^. I'm so scatterbrained, I probably won't even really notice *gg*. I should have warned you, too - I'm very active when it comes to posting (as in several entries a day). I try to keep the spam to a minimum, but...
I can stop anytime I want*gg*ATM, most of my posts are fic, though. All the plot bunnies that bred from those lastest episodes of squee. Eh, I loved all those episodes from AYA through to Resignation - have you seen them?
