Why yes, I AM at your beck and call!
Apr. 4th, 2005 10:24 amJim,
Still not over whatever vicious bug it is that I've got. Possibly today I might get The Keeper of the Car Keys and All Things Vehicular to drive me doc-ward for some anti-biotics, but I'm not counting on it. Regardless, I won't be in class again.
And no, I wasn't finished the school council story on Friday. I wasn't sure how to respond to that email, as it stunned me, so I haven't emailed you back. See, when I asked if I could hand it in today, I was not asking for waived late deductions, precisely. It was more, "I've been unconscious most of this week, and don't have 80% of my assignments done. Could I take the weekend to recover and catch up?" Clearly, we had a communication problem there. I'll have to remember that teachers tend to believe you've got nothing to do other than their assignments, especially when you're at death's door. You're home taking a break! Right? It's so easy to forget educator's logic when you're away from campus for too long.
Anyway. I'm not recovered, but I may be able to email it today. Take the late marks off, I'm disinclined to care at this point.
And since I've missed several classes, please do let me know if I could be doing something at home to keep up. I don't know what we're doing in class, except for those court definitions.

This is really very nice, considering what I COULD have said. *extends claws for a moment*

Date: 2005-04-06 10:17 pm (UTC)I hate that shit! To make an accusation as strong as that, they should have some damn proof. I assume you didn't get in trouble in the end, though?
