So. Tired. And sick, bleh

I haven't written anything about the start of my new school year at SAIT, which is telling. I've been sadly neglecting this journal; even a few months ago, the first day back at school would have surely rated a post. It's starting to depress me, how empty this journal's been getting. I'm not recording some serious personal revelations, which is sad...for me, anyway. I doubt anyone else cares, but since I no longer write in a paper journal either, this is the only place to record that kind of thing.

For my journalism program, I'm issued a laptop, and I had to go buy a camera.

So, this weekend I also picked up:

-a wireless mouse for my laptop
-a digital voice recorder - for interviews, cause I'm sure as shit not writin' it all down
-a tiny stapler
-little notebooks to go in my camera case - for writing down people's names and other random crap like that I'm sure I'll learn about
-big notebook for class - my binder is really too big and awkward to fit beside my laptop in class, and we use the laptops almost EVERY class
-new shoes and hoodies

I still need:

-an extra memory card for my camera
-an extra camera battery
-a wireless router so I can use my laptop to surf for homework-related stuff and not disturb Nicole's quality time with our home computer
-I'm probably forgetting something again

I haven't bought all my books, either. God, school's expensive.
