Icon Thievery

So I'm scrolling through my friends page, and suddenly I see my icon show up.
After a couple of seconds of blinking, I realize that, no, it's NOT my icon. But it's pretty damn close. Actually, it's my retired dancing Emmett icon, minus the words, and plus one of those annoying dashed borders. Um, okay.
This really bugs me. I mean, I can't PROVE that icon's been ripped off me - heck, I don't even have it anymore to point to and say, "See, I used it on those posts." And I'm not sure you can accuse someone of stealing your icon unless it's exactly the same. But I know it's mine, it just has the words removed. Here: I've seen a million Brian and Justin and Michael icons. But Emmett? Nope. And that picture? Nope. Cut the same? Give me a break. What makes people think that whoever you ripped the idea off of won't notice? Especially if they're in the same community.
Just to confirm my suspicions, I went and checked out all this person's icons. They have two I've seen elsewhere. Please. You've just demonstrated that you have the skill to make your own icons; is it so hard to get your own ideas, too?
Maybe using the same picture isn't thievery, but it sure is LAME.
