a) My posts are mostly public anyway. What's to miss?

b) We likely didn't talk. If we talked? There would have been words exchanged.

But juuuust in case you're wondering why. Ask yourself this question:


Have I made any posts using blatant slurs recently?


(I mean, it's your journal and all, but I just don't like to see that shit on my friends list. It's this quirk of mine.)


P.S. Spelling counts! By which I mean, all spellings count. It's like high school English, but in reverse. Everybody hopes that day will come, right?

P.S. You have a paid account, right? Do you know if there's a way to turn off this comment-page in the style of the journal thing? I can't decide if it's really annoying or not, but I think I might want to get rid of it if I can.

Let me get back to you on that. I also prefer the comment-page in the "standard" style. Easier to read. I know I set mine up that way, but I can't remember how.

I totally feel that. Man, no matter what the criticism, my pulse skyrockets - it's me! I did it! I was the kid who, even if I was the only one who was well-behaved, would be the one hanging my head when the teacher was angry over the class's behaviour. I'm guessing you know what that's like.

Okay, what's the protocol here? Because I've never been complimented on my appearance before until recently. (Well, except for my ex and his wife, but that's expected.) I mean, like...never. I'm a little like, what exactly am I supposed to do? I guess "thank yous" seem obvious, I'm just a bit off-balance about that...
