For anyone who hasn't seen it yet (and I apologize to those who have to see it twice):

Marriage Protection Week - A Proclamation By the President of the United States of America.

The agenda behind this is obvious, of course:

Marriage is a union between a man and a woman, and my Administration is working to support the institution of marriage by helping couples build successful marriages and be good parents.

Nice spin, ain't it? Combining the concepts of good parenting and successful marriages with the idea that only men and women can marry.

So, of course, I feel compelled to post contact info for the White House.

We reap what we sow

Several weeks ago, I posted an entry, "On pedos", where I discussed the concept of gay pedophiles vs. straight pedophiles.

I offered up a hypothetical argument that suggested gays are more likely than straights to abuse children, based on the faulty assumption that the genders of the children abused indicate adult sexual orientation.

Well, looky here - that very same argument, in living color, just as I predicted it. (I'm honestly surprised.)

And of course, my rebuttal.

I realize I'm using the same link to argue with, but blah. It's probably a troll and I don't want to expend the effort to go find more just for this guy. He's got no links at all, and anyway, he's probably not coming back.

But heh.
