Does anyone know how to do that "cut" thing and could show me? Or is that something you can only do if you're a paid user? Um, I thought I had it figured out, but then it wasn't working. (I don't need it just yet, just for future reference.)

I meant at the end of the entry or something, do you need something to close it with?. Y'now, like when something is in italics, you put (/i) after it.

ohh. no, no closing tags. it's an lj specific tag, not an actual html tag. it's changed into normal html code, which includes the end tag, when you post the entry.
