beandelphikiSo, the SM project is over. Finally over.
I did the presentation. I stank, pure and simple. My voice cracked the whole way through, and my legs shook so hard I staggered several times. I might have done so much better if I'd had more time to practice... *sigh* But we only got all our information put together last night, and I had to run crew. So I sort of came up with the whole thing in the last forty minutes before class.
I CAN do "oral presentations" if I need to. I've done several important speeches, one or two entirely off the cuff. The annual meeting for the Red Cross Board of Directors or some-such was one them. But...those were things I know enough about to bullshit. I just got this information to look at LAST NIGHT.
(Oh, the information...we lucked out so completely there. We contacted someone at the theatre we were supposed to study, and they were SO nice that they sent us their entire four-year business plan, which had EVERYTHING.)
But it's over. Over. I refuse to worry about any more schoolwork until Monday. With the exception of the shows, and some shopping I need to complete, this is my weekend off. And these are the last two shows...no other work...I'm not stressed about them at all. They're going to be totally nothing.
