And another thing...
Jan. 23rd, 2003 01:56 amJust a thought:
All those transguys who get pissed about people who will sleep with/date a transguy and not a bio guy...
Why do so many also get pissed at transguys who don't want to date QUEER women?!?
I mean, hel-LO.
At least I'M consistent.

Date: 2003-01-24 09:42 pm (UTC)why would a transguy date a queer woman anyway?
I guess that was your point.
And what... ok. I'm starting to figure it out.
I'm slow. :P
but Yay! for consistency. :)

Date: 2003-01-24 11:09 pm (UTC)There are actually a lot of transguys who date queer women, and a lot of queer women who want to date trans guys (but not bio men.) Some of it is relationships "left over" (well, not really, but you know what I mean) after the guy came out. That one I'm not going to touch.
It's queer women who look to date transguys and vice versa that give me the willies. I got into a small flamewar in the ftm community once with this woman who called all straight transguys "jerks." Um...hello? And she's dating ftms. So we had a fight, called each other names...blah, blah. I'm sure she's even more convinced all straight transmen are jerks, but I don't care. I wouldn't sleep with her in a million years. :P
There's just a lot of comments out there like that, about how transguys who ID as "hetero" are all macho assholes. It really pisses me off.
