Oh, and I really can't bear those sorts of asian restaurant things that only hire asian looking people. I mean, sure - maybe it artificially lends some subtle air of authenticity to their food, but unless the people they hire are actually cooking the food, I'd just as soon they hired fairly.

Not that I think the cooks should only be asian... I'm just saying.
